Honey Flax Whole Wheat Bread Bread $5.00
Our Honey Flax Bread is made with freshly milled Hard White Wheat and Flax Seed that we grind daily. We also use Sage or Tupelo Honey in all our loaf breads, rolls, and some muffins since these two honeys have a higher levulose level than sucrose. Levulose and sucrose are two different kinds of sugar, but levulose is assimilated by the body much slower. Therefore, not causing your blood sugar to spike like other sweetners. This bread can be stored in the freezer for up to two months. When it is taken out, it should not be put in the refrigerator, but left on the counter. It is good on the counter for 5-6 days.
Ingredients: Freshly Milled Hard White Wheat, First Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Raw Sage or Tupelo Honey, Freshly Milled Golden Flax Seed, Lecithin, Eggs, Real Salt, Gluten, & Yeast.
Ezekiel Bread Bread $6.00
Our Ezekiel Bread is so much softer and sweeter than those you find in stores. It is more cake like and is made with freshly milled Hard Red Wheat and three different types of beans. The beans makes this a complete protein bread and does not contain any dairy. It has a shorter shelf life than our Honey Flax Bread. So we only make this to order. Leave it on the counter, NEVER in the refrigerator for 3-5 days. DO NOT FREEZE.
Ingredients: Water, Freshly Milled Hard Red Wheat, Freshly Milled Spelt, Raw Sage Honey, Freshly Milled Hulled Barley, First Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Freshly Milled Millet, Lentils, Great Northern Beans, Red Kidney Beans, and Pinto Beans, Real Salt, Yeast.
